Jewelry Care
This can happen if the post is pushed a bit too firmly, causing it to bend slightly, this is normal and easy to fix. Gently bend the post upward just a touch until it clicks securely back into place. In most cases, this resolves the issue right away.
We offer two styles of backs: flatbacks and ballbacks.
- Flatbacks (threaded screw): Insert the post from back to front. Place the jewel head in from the front and twist to the right until secure. The jewel should sit flush. If you see threading, it may not be lined up. Simply unscrew and try again.
- Ballbacks (screw ball): Insert the earring from front to back. Then attach the ball backing by screwing it on from the back until secure.
Yes — sterling silver naturally oxidizes when exposed to air. A quick polish with a soft microfiber cloth will restore their shine right away.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love your Seyyah jewelry as much as we do. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase.
- Return labels are available for a $7 fee.
- Certain items are final sale and not eligible for return (e.g., archive/sample sale items, mystery boxes, gift cards, or gifts with purchase).
Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment. If items are received damaged, we will issue Seyyah store credit instead.
To begin your return, please visit our Returns & Exchanges portal. Unauthorized returns may be returned to the sender. Returns outside the 30-day window are accepted at Seyyah’s discretion. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Your order number is in your order confirmation email and on the packing slip included with your order. It’s a 5-digit number (e.g., 12345).
Once we’ve received and approved your return:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method (minus shipping).
- Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Yes — we gladly accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase, excluding custom orders and items marked Final Sale. Please use our Returns & Exchanges portal to start your exchange.
Yes, unless the product is marked Final Sale.
Yes — we can offer store credit or an exchange equal to the purchase value through our Gift Returns & Exchanges portal.
